If you find you are having trouble with the slides, the set-up, or have a concern, please contact us at support@stairslide.com. We have found that most concerns are quickly resolved through a brief communication with one of our customer care agents. They would love to assist you.
30-day return policy
You may return your slides at any time within the first 30 days after purchase. To begin the process, click here.
Please note the following:
- The slides must be in new condition.
- A return fee of $35.00 will be applied to cover shipping and handling.
- Your refund will be processed once the slides have been received.
- StairSlide will not provide additional packaging to return your items
- If you choose to ship back in something other than the original packaging then you may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees as we have negotiated discounted rates based on the exact dimensions of the StairSlide packaging
- For International Orders: All sales are final
