Studying Dad Jokes

By far, one of our most frequent customers is dads. In order to truly understand them, we had first to learn their language. Dad jokes.

Anyone can simply look up dad jokes online and read them off, but to actually learn and engrain the jokes into our psyche, we need to go one step further; we need to create visuals of the jokes to truly understand the inner-workings of their unique minds. I asked my dog what's two minus two. He said nothing.

I don't trust those trees. They seem kind of shady.

What does a lemon say when it answers the phone? "Yellow!"

Why did the scarecrow win an award? Because he was outstanding in his field.

What happens when a strawberry gets run over crossing the street? Traffic jam.

By reading (and seeing) these jokes, we have stumbled on an answer to an important question; when does a joke become a dad joke? When it becomes apparent.
