FREE SHIPPING (domestic)
We are shipping FREE to the lower 48 states for orders over $170. Flat rate shipping is available under $170 for $35. Shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, and territories are additional. Any shipping costs assessed will not be refunded if you return your product.
At this time, we only ship to destinations within the United States and US Territories.
We also want you to get your slide as soon as possible, but we do not possess the power of Jeff Bezos. However, we are attempting to process your order immediately so beware that you may not be able to make adjustments to your order after it has been placed. Once your order is processed, we will send you an email, and likely a text, notifying you of its shipment. Allow 6-8 business days for actual transit. In unique situations, unforeseen circumstances may delay your order’s travel to your front door. Shipment taking longer than expected? Bring the matter to our attention and contact us. DISCLAIMER: During the holidays, shipping times may take longer.
Do not enter a PO Box when completing your shipping information. Carrier limitations and our package dimensions prevent us from shipping to PO Boxes. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
DIFFICULTY WITH THE SLIDES:
If you find you are having trouble with the slides, the set-up, or have a concern, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have found that most concerns are quickly resolved through a brief communication with one of our customer care agents. They would love to assist you.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
- The slides must be in new condition to be eligible for return
- There is a return freight charge to return your item, unless Re:do is purchased for $4.98, the return shipping is free!
- Keep in mind, there is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund as well as any shipping costs paid during checkout.
- Re:do is non-refundable
- Your refund will be processed once the slides have been received.
- StairSlide will not provide additional packaging to return your items
- If you choose to ship back in something other than the original packaging then you may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees as we have negotiated discounted rates based on the exact dimensions of the StairSlide packaging
If you run into an issue with delivery (you never received your item, item arrived damaged, or the wrong product was delivered), please let us know by filing a claim here so we can make it right!
- Please keep in mind that claims need to be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving your item
- If your item says delivered and has not arrived, please wait 3 business days before filing a claim as we have seen packages show up within this timeframe.
- Lost in transit packages are considered when there has not been tracking updates for more than 7 business days
- If you are missing an item and your tracking shows delivered, it is possible your packages were shipped with two different tracking numbers. Please wait 3 business days before submitting a claim
- Once submitted, we will review your claim and get back to you within 1 business day
